Powder Filler
Unique application: a removable powder dosing system fitted to the outlet of a drying plant.
Initial design was purely manual, integrating a food-grade, hand-operated butterfly valve.
Following a redesign we integrated an in-house built PLC program with automatic load-cell inputs and pneumatic solenoid outputs controlling 2 pneumatically driven butterfly valves and grippers for holding the bag being filled.
This project was designed to suit the client’s specific needs in a very fast turnaround.
